Steps to Reproduce: Create a new Teiid instance - see the screen shots attached to this JIRA.
project_key: SOA

If a connection is - successfully - made to a Teiid instance - the Teiid instance icon shows a red color - the red "x" is removed if the connection is reconnected. No errors are flagged or written to the .log

If this is found to be needed for 5.1.0, Van will set the Fixed Version to 5.1.0

This is needed for 5.1.  Basic usability.  Don't need to confuse users.

Fixed TEIIDDES-691 targeted for JBDS 4.0.0 Beta 2 release.
