The SOA build process does not appear to be copying empty directories.

Fixed with revision 7311 of:

  build-tools/builders/esb/build.xml

Commit message:

  SOA-2587 
  Reverse revision 6424 and set:
    
    includeEmptyDirs="true"
  
  when copying the quickstarts.
