JBDS launches with the SEAM perspective open, but gives no clue as to how to launch other functionality, implying the user must already be fairly familiar with the Eclipse IDE at a minimum to use our tooling.  We should at least have other JBoss perspectives open, but not active, such as the Teiid perspective, so that they appear amongst the perspective buttons.  These perspectives should also appear directly in the Window > Open Perspective menu rather than requiring the user to select Other....
