In some instances, the admin console shows an incorrect status of the ESB. After invoking the 'Stop deployment' operation on an ESB deployment using the admin-console, the status is still incorrectly displayed as 'UP'.

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Deploy one of the quickstarts, eg. helloworld_action
2. Using the admin-console, go to JBoss ESB / Deployments / Quickstart_helloworld_action.esb -> Control Tab
3. Click 'Stop deployment'
4. Although the ESB deployment is stopped, which can be verified through the jmx-console, the status is still shown as 'UP'
