RiftSaw-326 resulted in an exception when trying to assign a dynamic partner link.

RiftSaw-331 resolves an intermittent problem we have experienced, primarily only when running the jobs in hudson - it relates to locating wsdl port type definitions.

Riftsaw-2.1.4 tag will be provided to incorporate these fixes.
