SOA-P Admin Console is quite slow (~23s between 'Admin console' link click and login form showed and ~ 18s between 'login' screen and the console itself) when opened for the first time after server start-up.

We get this console from EAP

Compare SOA, EDS and EAP to see if any improvements have been made and to find where bottleneck is.
