For SOA 5.1 this should have been documented as part of SOA-2809 We need to make sure the documentation clearly states that you have to pick your stack. It is not possible to have both CXF and WS Native at the same time. You cannot just change a single configuration since CXF and Native WS cannot coexist in shared libraries. Therefore you must decide whether the whole installation will use CXF or NativeWS.
