First of all, it's very unclear to me which repository you're using. The configuration file has a lot of repositories and sources, most of which are configured differently.

Secondly, sequencing happens in a background thread, so your client application is likely just asking for the data before sequencing is even getting a chance to run. The "/sequenced" node gets created by the sequencing service only upon demand when the sequencer runs and outputs its content to "/sequenced/cnd" as specified in the sequencer configuration. Your client application needs to wait before checking for sequenced output, and this can be as simple as sleeping (may be acceptable for tests) or more robust by waiting for NODE_ADDED events below "/sequenced/cnd". CountDownLatch is your friend.
