pivot_root (/sysroot, /sysrootinitrd) failed:2 that line just looks wrong, any ideas Jeremy ? Not unless mkinitrd has been modified by hand or they have some sort of fs corruption... from mkinitrd echo "pivot_root /sysroot /sysroot/initrd" >> $RCFILE mea culpa, the incorrect "pivot_root" line was a typo on my part. The correct message is indeed: pivot_root (/sysroot, /sysroot/initrd) failed: 2 Thanks for the bug report. However, Red Hat no longer maintains this version of the product. Please upgrade to the latest version and open a new bug if the problem persists. The Fedora Legacy project (http://fedoralegacy.org/) maintains some older releases, and if you believe this bug is interesting to them, please report the problem in the bug tracker at: http://bugzilla.fedora.us/ |
