This quickstart has hardcoded credentials (needs user 'admin' with password 'password') in ManagementClient.java. 

I think it would be appropriate to (at least) include this piece of information into readme file because after running the quickstart it doesn't give intuitive error message and this setting is different from other quickstarts.

Changed riftsaw default username/password to match SOA platform, and also added further readme text to explain how to update the username/password if required.
