SOA Platform documentation says that the current Smooks version is 1.3, but the correct one is 1.2.5

Version for SOA 5.2 is Smooks 1.4 according to ERD and all other sources.  The new Smooks Guide is based on community doc version 1.4 so should now be up-to-date.
