Steps to Reproduce: It's possible to reproduce it with helloworld quickstart. Just deploy and undeploy it and after click on SimpleListener in jUDDI web console you will see the error message.

Information about services should be refreshed after click on the root node of tree in jUDDI web console. This doesn't work for ESB services and the old information stay there.

When you click on the undeployed ESB service the NullPointerException is thrown and "error: null" message is shown. This message tell nothing to user and it will be the best to catch this exception and return meaningful message.

Fixed in juddi 3.1.2, will be included in ER5.
