using egcs-1.0.3a-14, the spawn of ld fails (it looks
by default g++ calls ld with a -l std++ -- which in my
opinion is a bug in g++) but with that behavior that means
g++ then requires libstd++-devel to be installed to function
so libstd++-devel should be a requirement of egcs rpm-qise
