Description of problem:
The search box in these areas feature a white box with blue border, which is inconsistent with the grey box and dropdown arrow seen elsewhere in the UI.

It's possible that this is the style used when the box exists within the gray "breadcrumb" div.  But, for example, in the Content > Promotions page, even there we differ, with a gray search in one pane and the blue bordered search in the other.

Corey - One of the searches is an actual Search, and one is a Filter.  They are distinctive on purpose.  What do you expect to see?
