Description of problem:
When smart card/certificates not present to perform decryption of an encrypted e-mail, Evolution mail client shows error "Decoder failed, error-8147", it should show a user friendly error message.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to RHEL 5.8 desktop.
2. Send an encrypted e-mail using certificates on the smart card, thunderbird is used to send this encrypted e-mail.
3. Pull the smart card out.
4. Login to evolution mail client. Smart card or certificate is not present to decrypt the encrypted e-mail. Click on the encrypted e-mail link to open the e-mail.
  
Actual results:
"Decoder failed, error-8147" message displayed.

Expected results:
A user friendly message like "cannot decrypt this message" should be displayed.

As we spoke on IRC, the RHEL 6 version, 2.28.3, has this included. It had been fixed within upstream bug [1].

This bug/component is not included in scope for RHEL-5.11.0 which is the last RHEL5 minor release. This Bugzilla will soon be CLOSED as WONTFIX (at the end of RHEL5.11 development phase (Apr 22, 2014)).
