Description of problem:
I am not able to add host to Default DC because 'ovirtmgmt' is missing.
'engine' logical network should be changed to 'ovirtmgmt' in Default DC

1. Try to install host in Default DC with bridge ovirtmgmt

'ovirtmgmt' is missing in default dc.

'engine' logical network should be changed to 'ovirtmgmt' in Default DC

Please note that second data-center is being created with correct network management network (ovirt-mgmt).

the bug seem to reside in: 

'backend/manager/dbscripts/insert_data.sql' where 'engine' is uses hard-coded: 

insert into network (id,name,description,storage_pool_id) select v_id_0009, 'engine', 'Management Network', v_storage_pool_id where not exists (select * from network)
