Description of problem:
when I try to access Reports Portal via oVirt Manager (portal), I get a wrong URL
(Getting Error 404)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
F-16 -> ovirt-engine-3.0.0_0001-7, ovirt-reports (git)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect with the following url to ovirt-engine http://<IP>:8080
2.Press the Reports Portal Link
  
Actual results:
The User is reffered to -> http://<IP>:8080/engineanagerweb/RedirectServlet?Page=Reports

Expected results:
Should be redirected to http://<IP>:8080/jasperserver

Additional info:
This could be because the installer is supposed to update this...
