VLAN Support for pktgen
VLAN support has been added to the pktgen module. The pktgen module is now able to produce 802.1Q tagged frames.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release. Product Management has requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release for currently deployed products. This request is not yet committed for inclusion in a release. Verified on 2.6.18-339.el5 kernel. pktgen module can be loaded and all supported vlan options can be set and applied on generated traffic. Testing included following: 1.
