To the extent that this is anything we can fix, we'd want to add some semblance of RANDR 1.2 support to the vesa driver. We can't know if larger resolutions are safe a priori because virtualbox doesn't provide any way of knowing that through VBE, but we could at least expose more modes and allow the user to resize at runtime. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 799018 *** |
