Description of problem: Changeset history does not list who promoted a changeset, yet the information is readily available.

No author/promoter information.

Promoter visible.

This will be in the logged history as well as UI?

Todd,

When you say 'logged' history, what do you mean exactly?  

Will it be in a log file?
Will it show up in the organization history?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean.

Verified, exists and can be searched.

getting rid of 6.0.0 version since that doesn't exist
