Description of problem:
It doesn't start at all 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ddclient-3.8.0-4.fc15.noarch

How reproducible:
service ddclient start


Additional info:
I've looked through the shell script & the problem is in line 39
[ ! -f /var/lock/subsys/network -a ! -f /var/lock/subsys/NetworkManager ] && exit 0
There's no either this nor that
I don't know how to know that networking is up on fedora 15 here so I've just removed that line for now
