Description of problem:
Drools Agenda view is not refreshing while debugging. If there are breakpoints and debugging stops at lines with breakpoints, Agenda view should display actual agenda state automatically but it must be refresh manually by reopening it or showing other view and then show Agenda view again.

Follow next steps

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Drools project and add all sample source code.
2. Add breakpoint at line 12 in file src/main/rules/Sample.drl
3. Debug src/main/java/com/sample/DroolsTest.java as Drools application
4. Open Drools Agenda view when debugging stops at given breakpoint (there are no activation so far)
5. Do step over the breakpoint (there should be some activation shown in Agenda view, but there is not)
6. Reopen Agenda view (now right content is shown)
