How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Search bugs
2. Add 1 Classification, 1 Product, and 8 (of 9) statusses 
3. Add a Boolean chart with 3 OR rules, all of which use "Contains the String"
  
Actual results:
A list of bugs that conforms to 2 (Classification, Product, etc.) but not 3. 

Expected results:
A list of bugs that conforms to 2 and 3.

Bug cause was that there were 2 Boolean Charts and the first (empty) one was being seen as "use everything".
