Description of problem:
When in the Express console, certain areas (such as domain and SSH key for example) open a pop-up form to allow edits.  These appear to be opened at the same offset (from the top) as the button which prompted them.  This means if you click on something that is very near the bottom of the screen, almost the entire popup area is below the fold (see attached screenshot).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Express Console
2. Click on SSH or Domain edit button when it's near the bottom
  
Actual results:
Pop-up is off the screen

Expected results:
Pop-up should be centered within the viewport, regardless of where the button was clicked.

This one was fixed by John Palmieri - the popup now adjusts its offset so that it shows up on the page instead of being below the fold.

verified on devenv_1567 with rhc-site-0.85.9-1.git.0.f01df1a.el6.noarch,
bug has been fixed.
