Description of problem:
Remote Desktop sessions to Windows Server 2008 R2 misdraws with black cursor and other artefacts.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rdesktop-1.6.0-8.el6_0.1.x86_64

How reproducible:
Happens everytime.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  rdesktop some-windows-2008-R2-machine
  
Actual results:

A black and misdrawn mouse pointer is visible.

Expected results:

A normal mouse pointer is visible.

Additional info:

Upgrading to 1.7.0 or 1.7.1 fixes the problem.

Confirmed black rendering is gone with this updated version (tested on x86_64) against a 2008 R2 server that hasn't got NLA enabled.
