I would like to propose using PrivateTmp for munin systemd unit file
This should make the use of /tmp directory more secure
and avoid users from being able to potentially effect it.

No this is just for Rawhide,

Requires systemd-38-3.fc17.x86_64

Commited and built in rawhide. 

We need to make sure not to push this to 16 until systemd there groks this.
