Description of problem:
In case of set of radio buttons, at least one of them have to selected by default.
No radio button selected on the Provisioning tab in the "Select RHN Satellite  Proxy" section.

spacewalk-java-1.2.39-111.el6sat.noarch

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register a System to Satellite
2. Add Provisioning Entitlement
3. Choose "Provisioning tab" and look on the set of radio buttons in section "Select RHN Satellite Proxy".
  
Actual results:
No radio button selected by default.

Expected results:
Radio button "Do not use an RHN Satellite Proxy"  is selected by default.

This issue is resolved with the release of RHN Satellite 5.5. 

As of September 20th 2012, RHN Satellite 5.5 has been generally available.
