This was reported to OpenShift by an internal Red Hat user:

The left nav link to "Documentation" returns a 404.

I believe the URL is actually:

One more location:
The documentation link under: https://openshift.redhat.com/app/control_panel is also broken.  Same issue.

Fixed the links, also merged to stage for a hot fix.

The Documentation link point to ~/2.0/~ on both STG and PROD now.
