Description of problem:
Seems like &lt; is not displayed as '<' character in webadmin, Storage domains tab, general subtab.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have domain with free size less than 1GB
2. Take a look at general subtab of this storage domain

&lt; 1GB

Expected results:
< 1GB

Additional info:
Not sure if this constant is stored in backend or should be displayed correctly in webadmin.

Indeed. Note that in the "Free Space" column in the main Storage tab it is displayed correctly; only in the sub-tab the problem exists.
