Description of problem:

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch few instance for all providers
2. Launch few instance with priorities set for providers
3. Launch few instance as non admin user
4. Monitor page
This is the first default page loaded in conductor.
You can see all the instance icons

But its difficult to say which instance is launched by whom and for which provider.

Specially when we launch instance for a realm mapped to two providers with priority 1 and 2 , its difficult to say , which provider it got launched for unless i go to pretty view.

It will be good to add these info in the instance box .
If space is a problem we can remove "Instance 1 " from it
because anyways instance will always be 1 .
so it is not a useful info to display.
