Description of problem:
Give special warning if admin misconfigures DNS by omitting enging dot in PTR record

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. misconfigure PTR record of the machine so it lacks end . (root domain):
169.254.0.1 PTR my_domain_with_forgotten_root_domain.example.com
2. run ovirt-setup
3.
  
Actual results:
ovirt does print standard error message

Expected results:
if hostname determined by python's socket.getfqdn() matches 
$HOSTNAME.*in-addr.arpa, warn about possible misconfiguration of DNS.
