Description of problem:
 We implement that standard javax.jms.* API for a QueueBrowser in HornetQ.  There are also methods to browse messages as well as change them on the HornetQ QueueControl class.  It would be beneficial to customers to have this information and functionality available in JON.

Currently have one customer actively asking for this.

The BZ is very vague in regards to the plugin in scope. 

The actual messages are an application level concern and not a management concern. There are privacy and security issues with implementing a feature like this.
