Description of problem:

Test run errata ID field should be linkified to provide an easy
access to the errata by a single click.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Nitrate 3.6.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit test run
2. Set errata ID, for example to 11953
3. Save test run

Also, please remove the underscore from the field name:
Errata_ID ---> Errata ID, or perhaps "Errata" would be OK as well.

Verify version:
TCMS 3.6.3-4-hotfix on stage --> PASSED

Verify steps:
1. Edit test run
2. Set errata ID, for example to 11953
3. Save test run

Actual results:
work normally now
