Step 5 of Procedure 2.1 in Section 2.1.1

says:

"Follow the steps on the Getting Started page to set up OpenShift Express and start creating your own applications."

The page it is referring to is not hyperlinked, but it appears to be:
https://openshift.redhat.com/app/express#quickstart

A hyperlink would be useful. Additionally, this procedure is entitled "To apply for an OpenShift Express account:"

I already had an account, so I wasn't looking for this procedure. However, without step 5 in this procedure, nothing in Chapter 3 works. Step 5 describes something other than applying for an account.

I suggest creating another procedure or section titled "Getting Started" or similar, to make this information discoverable.

Ideally, pulling the content in from the webpage would make it available in a single place.

We're already in the process of producing a Getting Started Guide that addresses these sorts of issues. The resolution to the various problems people encountered here was discussed at length over recent weeks, and the Getting Started Guide is the result.
