Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch few instances in  us-east-1. and try deleting this provider.

  
Message "Provider was not deleted, because of errors basethere are instances for cloud account 'aziza_east': east_2/ec2-frontend, east_1/ec2-frontend "
see attached screenshot.


This text "because of errors base.." is not the relevant message which should be displayed  while provider deletion.

Expected results:
Relevant message should be displayed.
