Description of problem:

These files were shipped in SOA-P 5.2.0 as unexploded rars:

SOA 5.2 shipped with a number of compressed Seam RAR files, such as mail-ra.rar and jboss-local-jdbc.rar.  These should have been shipped in exploded format.
