This bug is created as a clone of upstream ticket:
https://fedorahosted.org/freeipa/ticket/2257

Delegation of connect is not available yet so the DM password is required whether the user has a valid ticket or not. We do not prompt for the DM password if they have a ticket and the connection fails so the user has to kdestroy and re-run the operation.
