1) Set the locale of the user to diff language
2) Click on any of Providers/Users/Systems/Activation Keys list pages. 

Actual Results
The column header on the left pane is not i18ned (NAME/LASTCHECKIN) etc.

Expected Results
i18ned names should be there instead.

The "Last Checked In" column under "Systems" is still in English, despite using a Chinese locale. Version: 0.1.211-2.el6
