Previously if the Red Hat Network configuration screen was accessed after a Satellite server had already been specified the Hypervisor would incorrectly report an 'invalid path' error. The Hypervisor has been updated so that this error is no longer incorrectly displayed.

Description of problem:
After register to RHN Satelite, RHN Satellite CA path changed to "/etc/sysconfig/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT", if move over it, it report "invalid path".

6.2-20120119.0

How reproducible:
100%.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Register RHN Satellite with correct info.
Such as with url: https://10.66.73.127   ca: https://10.66.73.127/pub/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT.
2. Check the page again.

Actual results:
RHN Satellite CA path changed to "/etc/sysconfig/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT" and report "invalid path".

Expected results:
RHN Satellite CA path keep the register one.

Let's accept both absolute file path and url.  



if ca_cert starts with "http":
    wget it and save to default location
elif starts with /:
    use as the path to the cert
else:
    fail and show message


Note:  please also check for doc impact and clone if needed
