I see from git:

that chromaprint is updated to 0.6, but no update in bodhi.  Will there be an update to 0.6 to match the 0.6 version of chromaprint-tools currently in RPM Fusion? https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2036

Well: fpcalc is statically linked, so AFAIK there is no conflict.

But as you are interested I'm pushing builds for f15 and 16.

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 16 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing chromaprint-0.6-2.fc16'
as soon as you are able to.
