oVirt-Engine-Webadmin - Missing cursor on all new windows opened

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to the oVirt webadmin, such as: http://ortal-upstream.qa.lab.tlv.redhat.com:8888/
2. Click on Administrator Portal (No SSL), for example 
  
Actual results:

The cursor doesn't appear in the first field (User Name field)

Expected results:

The cursor should appear on login page first field.

In all dialogs, should make sure that there is focus on the first text-box field (so user can start typing in it immediately instead of clicking on the field with the mouse-button first).
