Description of problem:

we should not be able to install both fedora and rhel hosts in the same cluster but as for now, we are able to do so. 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

ovirt-engine-backend-3.0.0_0001-1.2.fc16.x86_64

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create 1 DC and c1 luster and install 1 host as rhel and one as fedora
2.

Actual results:

both hosts will be installed and have up status in the same cluster

Expected results:

we should not be able to have a mixed cluster with both rhel and fedora hosts

I'm not sure ovirt-engine should cover this part of compatibility based on various distro's which can be used as nodes.
their compatibility or lack there of may be changing over time (they may be compatible as well).
