Description of problem:
Due to a limitation of the python-boto version currently supported (1.7a), the available submission regions are only the default one (us-east-1) and eu-west-1.

Note: this limitation does _not_ apply on EC2/Enhanced jobs, only EC2 Basic.

MRG-G is in maintenance only and only customer escalations will be addressed from this point forward. This issue can be re-opened if a customer escalation associated with this issue occurs.
