Description of problem:
I'm not even sure that this is the right place to bring up issues with channel contents but I had to start somewhere. If this isn't the right place to raise this issue please tell me the right place to do it.

The icu4j package is in the server optional channel (rhel-x86_64-server-optional-6) but as I'm using the client channel for a custom pungi spin and have a dependency on this package which is failing.

Please open a support ticket with Red Hat. We will evaluate the request and determine if this was an over sight by Release Engineering, or if the current state is correct.
