This bug is still present on Fedora 17 Xfce 64-bit (Xfce installed from unofficial repo). This is what I get when I try to run it from terminal: [user@host ~]$ sound-juicer Segmentfejl (core dumped) It works now for me. Some patches somewhere fixed the problem. This message is a reminder that Fedora 16 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 16. It is Fedora's policy to close all bug reports from releases that are no longer maintained. At that time this bug will be closed as WONTFIX if it remains open with a Fedora 'version' of '16'. Package Maintainer: If you wish for this bug to remain open because you plan to fix it in a currently maintained version, simply change the 'version' to a later Fedora version prior to Fedora 16's end of life. On Fedora 18 sound-juicer ran but created corrupt flac files (metaflac failed to process them but they did play and I even succeeded in converting them to mp3) and now for F19 it is back to segfaulting. It spews several reps of: Unrecognised release element: 'release-event-list' Unrecognised release element: 'cover-art-archive' then ends with: Segmentation fault It happens right after it connects to the network to get the disc info. If the network is disabled it just hangs on the info fetch and does not appear to time out. Problem exists with both a disc I got the semi-usable files from with F18 (Rush - Moving Pictures) and one I had yet to try (Pink Floyd - A Momentary Lapse of Reason). |
