Description of problem:

This bug happens in many GUI's tabs (Hosts, VM, Cluster etc) So this is a general bug about a general scenario. 
I've noticed that when focusing on a GUI object, with right click, for the first time - not all the menu option are enabled . On the second time more options will be enabled.
