Description of problem: As the admin user I have my locale set to be the default value of "en". I created a new user and then edited his account by changing his default locale to "es". As soon as I saved my changes, a notification flashed to inform me that my changes were applied, but the message was in "es" and not "en". Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Katello Version: 0.1.194-1.el6 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Log in as a user that has "en" as its default locale 2. Either create a new user or select an existing one 3. Modify that user's default locale to "es" 4. Save it.
