Description of problem:


Currently a verity of illegal subnet mask can be entered to Host's NICs. We
should add a check for illegal subnets before forwarding the request to VDSM.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit an Host's NIC and attemt to add an illegal mask (ex 12.255.255.253,
12.13.255.255)

Actual results:
The subnet is added (but will be 255.255.255.255)

Expected results:

Error message: "Illegal Subnet Mask..."


Additional info:

There is an open bug about this issue from the VDSM prespective (770433).
