Description of problem:
When trying to update packages from RHN, teh following happens:

[root@lx01s121 ~]# yum update
Loaded plugins: rhnplugin, security

rhel-x86_64-server-5/primary                                                 |  49 kB     00:00
Error: failed to retrieve repodata/4161f2ba7349e279304dcca95546ac0e6a927ac0-primary.xml.gz from rhel-x86_64-server-5
error was [Errno -1] Metadata file does not match checksum

How reproducible:

Happens every time

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual results:
Repository information not downloaded due to checksum problem

Expected results:

Repository data should be downloaded and packages updated
Additional info:

Worked fine yesterday.  Broken today.

Run "yum clean metadata" and see if that fixes the problem.

Actually, I did a yum clean all.  It did not fix the problem. T hen did teh yum clean metadata.  It did not fix the problem.

Please try now.  I just tried a yum update and it was able to pull down the repodata correctly.
