Description of problem:

from the users tab 

select "add"
search for a user name XXX
add this user t the system.

select "add" once again 
search for user name XXX => this user should not be visible in the search as it is already exists in the system

1. i believe this would be a core issue, not ui one.
2. not sure worth dealing with, as not sure how many use this flow for adding users, rather than just selecting them when giving them permissions.
3. same search, if not dialog, is used to add permissions, there we want to see existing users as well.
4. if anything, i wouldn't hide them, rather gray them out with tooltip they already exist.
